As you walk in to this newly remodeled home, you are greeted to beautiful wood long leaf pine floors, fully equipped kitchen and a beautiful sunroom with unique circular cut pine ceiling. Two queen size bedrooms and twin size bed in the sunroom can accommodate 5 comfortably. It was a great time In Fredericksburg! The house is really cute! Love all the red old utensils in the kitchen. Everything was there that we needed. The location was fabulous. However, the driveway was really skinny, the rocks outlining the yard made it difficult to get in and out, but we were careful and no falls, since we were all over 65. The sofa and chair could use some updating. Sank pretty low when you sat down. The sheets were a little on the older side and wouldn’t stay on the bed at night in one room. Fixing those things could make it a real retreat!

This is our third time staying here. We were pleased to see that it had come back on the market. It's a great, quiet little place that definitely gives a throw-back vibe to simpler times. Nice big yard in the back to hang out in. Would definitely recommend for the value.
Only a couple maintenance suggestions for the management company that I'll pass along.

This adorable abode had a beautiful front and back yard. We particularly enjoyed listening to the birds. There was a great front porch swing, and great items available for use (i.e. dishes, blankets). There was one minor inconvenience, in that the fire pit was not clean, but, overall, it was an amazing experience that we cannot wait to repeat!

Great location in Fredsricksburg. Little dark in living room. LR furniture uncomfortable. Super big yard for ouside but no seating. Very Good internet speed.Quiet neighborhood.

The home was 'homey'. It was clean, quaint, spacious. Of course, the location was close to the main thoroughfare, but don't be fooled - it's not walking distance to the shops. One bedroom is a double bed; the other a queen. The back porch area has a daybed but no trundle and there is a sofa in the living room. If you bring a blow-up mattress, there's plenty of room on the back porch area (it's really an add-on that has a dining room and bath. Very nice to look out to the back yard. Great front porch and well-lit. You can't miss finding your house late at night.
