This amazing home is completely remodeled and with everything you will need! It has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. A huge game room with air hockey, ping pong, foosball, disco ball, big screen TV, and 2 game tables. Two separate living areas with pull out sofas. Kitchen has all brand new appliances and ample seating at the island and breakfast nook. Gather at the coffee bar or enormous dining table! The large backyard can be enjoyed from the spa or patio while stargazing or watching deer walk by. Sorry, no pets permitted.

This house was so spacious for our girls trip. We spent lots of time hanging out in the game room and watching the deer from the hot tub. Would definitely stay here again!

The Pecht Haus had everything we needed!! Amazing coffee bar, super fun game room, and plenty of pillows/blankets. It was completely spotless when we got there and a very easy check in/out process. Thanks Fredericksburg Escapes!

We had a wonderful three-day stay here as an extended family of eleven. The game room was fun for everyone, the dining room table seated everyone comfortably, beds were comfortable, and the place was immaculate. Every little detail had been thought of: shampoo, conditioner, body wash provided in the bathrooms; kitchen was nicely stocked with dishes and cookware...down to dishwasher tabs and a fully-stocked spice rack; coffee bar had a wide assortment of coffee and hot chocolate available. Wonderful!

A great rental pick. House had everything needed, they thought of everything! My only complaint was the initial entry wasn't the best and after a long drive just wanted to enter property & get situated. Very nice property & minutes to main street.

We had a group of 11 that made the weekend trip to Fredericksburg. The house was exactly as pictured and worked well for our group. Although not everyone had a bedroom, there was a bed for everyone between the pull-out sofas and the murphy bed. The house is spacious enough between the formal living room and game room that everyone had a "space" to sleep. The house was clean and newly remodeled, which we really appreciated! You aren't walking distance from downtown but just a short drive away. We enjoyed the Pecht Haus and would definitely recommend it for others!

I had a great experience at this Fredericksburg property. The house is very nice - looks to have been redone recently. It is spacious and can sleep a large group comfortably. The location was great - just a couple miles from Main St. Overall, we had a fabulous experience and would definitely recommend!

Easy check-in. Clean property just as advertised. Multiple bedrooms for a large family or group. We had 7 guys and each were able to have our own bed with the extra couch pull outs. Enjoyed a great game room with ping pong, air hockey, and foosball. Would definitely recommend.
