We loved this place!

Great location - worth the extra money for sure! Yes, you can find slightly cheaper places but this is right on Main Street which made walking, shopping, eating beyond easy. It was easy to get in and out of the city, go hiking and much more. Would definitely recommend this spot!

This was our second visit to Fredericksburg and wanted to stay in town, in a historical venue.
Being in the heart of downtown, we were within walking distance of all of the shops and restaurants of Downtown Fredericksburg as well as the Museums. The unit is above a winery that had a piano player on Friday night which and the courtyard it was near had nightly music playing as well.

This perfectly decorated loft is also perfectly centrally located on Main St. Because of its age it was quite noisy. Things do quiet down fairly early, however, you can still hear the cars on the street so if you're a light sleeper this may be an issue for you.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this original sunday house! Comfy and charming - easy walking access to everything! Be prepared for live music downstairs and some road noise being on the main street, but that's really only an issue if you go to bed early. We loved it!

Perfect location right on Main. The property is in great shape, considering it was built in the mid-1800’s. Very charming and an overall great experience. We enjoyed visiting with the owner in the wine tasting room downstairs.

We loved this spot! Perfect for two. the owner/managers were the best and went out of their way to make us feel at home. we loved the copper tub, beautiful old ceiling, the retro fridge! it is easy walking distance to downtown and lots of shops and restaurants along the way. We will be back!

Interesting just for the fact is was a piece of history, birth place of Admiral Nimitz...but overpriced, one night is good just to say "you've been there done that" was no thermostat and was really cold, also wasn't aware there would be a live band playing Friday and Saturday night.....the flapper vavle on the toilet also failed,which was no biggie, just removed the tank lid and did it by hand evert time we flushed.....the check in info I was sent said there was designated parking behind the Mexican food restaurant. There wasn't, but they let me park there after I explained and showed them my email....was a little worried about being towed.

The location is fantastic. The loft is beautiful, however, it needs to have AC and Heat. The owners were great and brought a space heater for us. There is no designated parking, so we did have to find parking on the street.
