Unwind in the cozy living room, prepare delicious meals in the well appointed kitchen, or spend time enjoying the grounds and views. The property offers a wrap around deck, hot tub, firepit, floor to ceiling stone wood burning FP, recent updates including appliances. Plenty of room for the whole family to gather. Up stairs is 2 Bedrooms 1 King bed and 1 Queen. The downstairs sleeping quarters are accessed from the outside stairs and offer a queen bed and 2 full size sleeper sofas. The other Bedroom offers a queen bed. Both have private baths with walk in shower. The living area upstairs has 2 queen sleeper sofas. Home has ample space to be together and spread out for a little quite time. This home is dog friendly at additional charge. Wine shuttles will come to the home for pickup. The drive through carport is low so taller vehicle need to be cautious of the height.

Pet Friendly! $35/pet per day. Two pet maximum.

Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter wildlife (Snakes, Deer, Raccoons, Squirrels, Possum, Birds (including Hawks), ETC). Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while they are outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control services on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible. This includes but is not limited to: ants, snakes, spiders, scorpions, beetles/roaches/water-bugs, mice, or flies.
