This house perfectly fit all of our family for Christmas with impeccable cleanliness, tons of space, ultimate kitchen, and uber cozy places to sit and visit or sleep...this house was dreamy. The hot tub and stunning sunset views were the cherry on top! We will definitely be back.

Everything perfect, down to the blooming of the barrel cactus the last morning, several blooms, all at once. I highly recommend this one, especially those like us who need a relaxing decompression from modern everyday life.

We found the rental manager provided timely and clear details to gain access to the property, and was always available to our group in case any issues arose, although we had no issues. The property is very comfortable, clean, and inviting, and every in our group remarked throughout the stay how much they enjoyed the home. We would have enjoyed having access to the river, but access to the stairway was locked, presumably because the wooden stairway was old and unreliable. Because the weather turned very cold, we would have enjoyed a real fireplace rather than the non-heat producing electric pretend fireplace, but that was a relatively small disappointment given the comfort and quality of everything else.

We traveled from El Paso, and the rest of our family met us at the cabin from Austin. The pictures were not deceiving! It was a perfect set up, and the views were beautiful. It was such a great Thanksgiving. We would definitely book this property again.

We loved the home. The decor, space and amenities were fantastic. The house was clean, the beds were comphy. The only issue we had was the hotub that had not been cleaned.

I would not recommend this property UNLESS I was guaranteed that plumbing issues were fixed and that the amenities such as bbq grill and fire pit were working. Guest toilet did not flush and the washer leaked and flooded the laundry room and hallway. The cleanliness, decor and the view were amazing.

Great house for our family getaway. Well stocked! Outdoor area with fire pit and hot tub a huge plus. Lots of space to gather together, play games, enjoy the outdoors, and still have quiet space to read, etc. Would return!
